Automatic Pesticide Filling Line is a complete automated pesticide packaging system that is aimed at filling liquid, semi-liquid, and viscous pesticide formulations efficiently, safely, and accurately. These automated lines are very common in agrochemical manufacturing facilities, and they guarantee uniform fill-volume, operational contamination-free, and adherence to industrial safety and environmental controls.
Automatic pesticide filling lines are designed to manage the hazardous and corrosive chemicals; they reduce the number of people handling the product, can improve the safety of the operators, and increase production efficiency. They can be used to fill insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, plant growth regulators, and agrochemical concentrates in bottles, cans, and other containers of all sizes.
What is an Automatic Pesticide Filling Line?
An Automatic Pesticide Filling Line is a process that is synchronized, which includes automatic bottle feeding, liquid filling, capping, sealing, labeling and conveyor movement. This system is controlled by PLCs, which will guarantee accurate dosage, spill-free filling, and high production speed with minimum human involvement.
These filling lines are designed in a way that they can process foaming, corrosive, toxic and volatile pesticide liquids and still preserve the accuracy of products and occupational safety.
Key Features
- PLC and HMI touchscreen-controlled fully automatic operation.
- The correct volumetric or mass flow filling of liquid pesticides.
- Construction with corrosion-resistant resistant, which uses SS316 or HDPE, or PTFE.
- Anti-drip filling nozzles are used in order to avoid spillage and exposure to chemicals.
- Variable fill capacity of various container sizes.
- Chemical handling safety systems.
- Output at high speed with less wastage of products.
- Multiple pesticide formulations can change easily.
Benefits
- Improved the safety of operators and minimized chemical exposure.
- Regular fill accuracy and batch homogeneity.
- Low manpower demand and high productivity.
- Meeting industrial safety and environment-related regulations.
- Applicable to small, medium, and large agrochemical plants.
- Less spillage and wastage of materials.
How does the Automatic Pesticide Filling Line work?
It starts by feeding the empty containers into the conveyor system. The containers are sensed and precisely positioned under the filling nozzles. Depending on the nature of the product, the filling system releases the specific amount of pesticide by either servo-controlled piston fillers or by using a flow meter-based system.
Containers are filled and then transferred to the automatic capping and sealing station, and then labeled and batch coded. All the activities are coordinated to achieve safe handling, accurate filling, and the same flow of production.
