Working Principle of Beer Bottle Labelling Machine
Step 1: Bottle Feeding and Positioning
The beer bottles are filled and capped, and put on the conveyor with guide rails or a star wheel to position each bottle in the right place to be labeled.
Step 2: Label Dispensing and Application
The sensors recognize the bottle and switch on the label applicator, which dispenses and sticks the label to it using wrap belts or rollers to ensure accurate and wrinkle-free placement.
Step 3: Collection and Discharge of Bottles
After labeling, the bottles are then moved to the outfeed line to be checked, filled, or sent to the packaging line.
